Yes, ours came with a AC power adapter. I'm sure that it is an included item in the box with the switch.

i have a Realtek Gaming 2.5GbE Family Controller will this switch work for my modem??

In order to use a switch, you need a router or a modem/router combination. As another reviewer mentioned, this switch is only capable up to 1Gb...not the speed of the Realtek 2.5Gbe controller on your computer.
