Missing accessories, there's no Micro SD card in my package
The micro SD card is packaged with the camera, please open the “USB/TF” on the side of the camera to check.
Is the autofocus function available in both photo and video modes?
Yes, there is autofocus in both photo and video mode
Why can't the camera use the focus function?
Please check whether the focus mode in the camera settings is auto focus. When the focus mode is Fixed Focus, it cannot focus manually by half pressing the shutter button.
The camera cannot turn on and only works when charging?
Please open the battery compartment, remove the battery, and insert it correctly. (Ensure the screen of the camera and the side of the battery with the arrow symbol are both facing upwards during insertion).
Can I attach this camera to a tripod? And can this support a universal microphone?
Our cameras have a tripod port on the bottom that fit 1/4 standard size,but we don't have a hot shoe connector on this camera
