What's the maximum TDP that it will handle?

95 Watt TDP it will cool, but you better have a well designed case for cooling, my Ryzen 7 1800x runs idle at 43c, so it would be well suited for a Ryzen 7 1700 or less. Remember the 1800x and 1700x you have to subtract 20c for the proper temp.
