Sorry for the late reply

1. I believe its a Chinese model, there is only one label on the phone, its on the micro sim tray and it says "Made in China".

2. I received the box opened already, all the accessories looked new, the phone looked new with no scratches and was in a plastic cover/bag (it had an older version of the OS because when I turned it on it prompted me to download the latest version, so I believe it was new and never used). I think it was opened to add a USA power plug adapter. But I could be wrong.

The phone works great & I'm looking into trying to dual boot with Sailfish OS if possible.
