Are these genuine Norelco brand replacement heads, or are they generic aftermarket heads?

I don't believe these are genuine Norelco replacement heads. The ones I received said Philips Norelco on the box, but (A) they shipped from China, (B) the packaging was not as fully sealed as Norelco shaver heads I have bought in the past, and (C) they did not give nearly as comfortable a shave as they should have.

Are these replacement heads manufactured in China or Netherlands?

The replacement head I received was made in China. Worked poorly.
