What size power supply fits in this case.  Is it ATX or SFX?

The case supports a power supply with a maximum length of 200 mm. It is compatible with ATX power supplies.

Question 3

The specs say it can be expanded  to 27 3.5" drive bays. How exactly would one do this? I'm in need of a case to handle 6 HDD's and two SSD's actually...

Question 4

Does the fan controller handle all 10 fans this case has room for, or would I need to get an additional controller?

No, it only handles 9 fans via three ports and three splitter cables that have three fan connectors.  It also has 6 RGB ports, and a USB connection to run NZXT CAM.  I don't think you would need to get an additional controller for the remaining fan for two reasons, 1) there doesn't seem to be a way to connect hubs, and 2) you could simply connect the single fan to the nearest fan connection on the MOBO.  If you download the manual for this case, you can see what I am describing on page 9 of that manual.

I didn't use this hub for my build because the hub for the radiator I choose required using its hub to run the RGB and fans.  You might have the same situation depending on what radiator you choose too.

yes they fans are pre mounted if that's what you mean and you'll probably end up removing them if you got a AIO CPU cooler or different fans. The fan controller has proprietary connections so you'll end up with at least 2 controllers but the cable management is excellent that I don't mind.
