Question 1

So there are 3 fans pre-installed and just the side fan has LEDs on it, correct?

Also, does this truly only have one slot for a 140mm fan on top? In the picture, it looks like there's 2 slots on top, but the product info says 1 slot.

There are 4 Fans pre-installed.

1x 120mm Rear Exhaust
1x 140mm Top Exhaust
1x 120mm Front Intake
1x 120mm Side (Blue LED) Intake.

There are indeed two slots for a 140mm fan, but one slot is already occupied by the pre-installed 140mm.  If you are planning on using an H100i or some kind of water cooling, there isn't much room for a radiator, as it may block the rear exhaust because it's very tight.

I love my case, only downside is there isn't much clearance for VGA. It's about 11 inches maximum clearance.

Question 2

Will this case be able to install one 200mm fan on the top exhaust side of the case?

You'd have to mod it to beable to make it fit, i comes with a 120 on the side and a 140 already on the top, but the fittings to fit another 140.
Looking at it right now, i doesn't have the fittings to go above 120 on the side or 140 on the top

Will the ASUS SABERTOOTH 990FX, which is an ATX AMD model and measures approximately 12.0" x 9.6" fit in this machine?

Hey buddy, the Sabertooth is 12.0" x 9.6" and the board i got for client is a Asus M5A97 R2.0 and it's 12x9 so your just over by .9 so i don't see why it wouldn't fit. Then another BIG thing with this case and i got a few, when you add cpu water cooling like i have put in the Cooler Master Seidon 120V and i think it's the best thing under $85.. i ordered others from 69 to 100 so more then it cost and they wasn't as good but any way.. when you install the fan first to the case inside then after screw the Radiator on top of the fan inside ....it wont fit due to that it will touch the top "rear fan" so i had to take off the top rear fan and just keep the top front fan! but then i found a fix with the next build for a client.. you first install Radiator to the case inside then after screw the Fan on top of Radiator from inside and it will all fit!

Question 4

pc case comes with standoff screws?? and can I do water cooling with this case?

Yea this case comes with standoff screws in the case they will be in a box in the lower front part of the case where the harddrives would normally go. you could probly pull of water cooling in this case as well because it is decently roomy on the inside. cable managment is ok as well

Will this fit an 11.5" video card?

Might be a tight fit, but it seems like it can. I am not certain for I do not have a card that large.

Um it will if you remove one of the hard drive holders, i have a 10 inch video card (sapphire vapor-x r9 270x) and it barely fits with like half an inch of room left. but if you take out one of the hard drive holders it will have more than enough room

Will this case fit a Hyper 212 Plus cpu cooler?

Its a mid-tower case the CPU cooler will fit. Its actually pretty big case. Idk if you'll have problems with a cooler really it comes with 4 built in fans. And cpus usually have a cooler. It has a fifth fan spot on the top you probably can slip it in there! :) enjoy this case if u get it its really nice i havnt finished my build yet but i got this first!

I've had this case for a while i really like it. However one of the center blue LED on the door seems to have died anyone know what kind of LED I should get to replace it?
