very nice case 5/18/2009 2:02:19 PM

Pros: Unlike the previous reviewer, I think this is a fairly well thought out design. I was able to fit a full sized evga 9800gtx in here with room for a wireless card, soundcard, etc. I also added 2 additional fans to the case... 1 intake on the bottom and 2 venting on the back. The case is also crazy lightweight.

Cons: My only complaint is the drive eject switch. I get the design concept of sliding the switch down to open the drive which also slides downward. I just care much for the construction. It feels just a tad flimsy. This switch is the only thing that feels relatively cheap about the case. I would've preferred an actual button like one on their Toast design or added rails to support the sliding action.

Overall Review: The front face can be removed w/o a screwdriver... just pull firmly forward while gripping from the bottom. Same goes with their Toast design.

Hard drives (2) mount vertically onto a removable rack. It fits just fine with ports facing down and board to the front of the case. Most hdds have 3 screw holes on each side with different spacing between them. The rack fits the wider spaced holes. With ports facing down, these are the upper 2 holes on the hard drive.

It's true that you have to keep the face panel off while you run cables to your optical drive but this wasn't a "problem" since you have to remove it to mount the drive anyways.

Some people have mentioned that the metal is cheap. I don't mind it although it is thin and very easily scratched. In no way does the metal compare to that of a Lian Li case but you're also not paying for it.

I would recommend this case if you can live with just one optical drive.

Horrible Case 5/5/2009 8:28:22 AM

Pros: None

Cons: The design of this case is horrible. The dvd drive lays vertically underneath the front panel. But to take out the front panel, you have to make sure the motherboard is not installed first since the cheap screws are right next to it and you need room for the screwdriver. You also have to leave the front panel half opened to run the power cable to the dvd drive, then close it afterwards. The hard drive is also vertically mounted and the holes don't align properly with the predrilled holes in the case.
