Does this not come with the Oculus Remote?

No,  only the two new controllers and two sensors.  The Xbox1 controllers and Oculus remote have been discontinued.

Does it come in one box like the photos or in separate boxes for the headset and touch controllers?

It comes in one box - this could be  special packaging for this bundle- as you can see - the front of the box shows images of the RIFT as well as the Touch controllers

How do I claim the 7 free games?

When I loaded up the Oculus Store, signed in, and set up my headset, all the games were under "Library" -> "Uninstalled". All I had to do was go to that page and select the applications I wanted to install.

Does this work on PS4 as well?

It requires a fairly high lever video card therefore I doubt if it will work on a PS4 unless you have added such a card.

Can you wear glasses with these?

Yes. I wear glasses and it works just fine. Some larger frames might come off when you take the headset off, but mine are okay. Just remember when you're putting on/taking off the headset to account for your glasses and pull forward first.

how many sensors are included because I only see 2 on the images and from tutorials, it seems like it requires at least 3?

This package comes with two sensors, which is totally sufficient for any sitting/standing VR experience. A third sensor would only be beneficial for roomscale, though you can still do roomscale reasonably well with just two.

The third sensor is mostly for eliminating blind spots behind you. I only missed having a 3rd sensor for roomscale games which were fast-paced action titles. Otherwise, it's not too difficult to keep track of which direction is forwards in the real world.

In the photos I see the headphones, but does it have a mic?  Can you use your own headset?  Are the headphones removable?

It does have a Mic as you can use some voice controls in the menu.   As for removing the headphones i would say negative on that.   However they can be moved  out of the way to allow you to wear different ones but I wouldn't as they are good headphones.

How realistic is the system?

You will quickly lose yourself in the worlds created by the games. However, it is still very clear that it is not real just like any video game system, but I've had several people that have been legitimately frightened by a game or straight up fallen over couches or hit walls as they navigate the virtual world running from or towards robots and zombies. You will escape reality and your brain will think you are there even when it doesn't look "realistic".
