Pros: Excellent!!! Fast, Stable and Cool.
Cons: None!
Overall Review: Just an update. This Memory says 8-8-8 1.8v on the side. When I installed it, the auto BIOS settings on my EVGA 790i MOBO set it to 7-7-7-20 at 1.5 Volts. I adjusted it to 8-8-8-20 at 1.8 Volts. Worked great. Then I went to the OCZ website and they have it rated at the following: 8-8-8-24 at 1.9 Volts at 1600MHZ FSB. This was the setting I stuck with. No problems, very fast and stays cool with just air cooling.
