Is there a way to test calibration to ensure accuracy?

I read thru the instruction manual, there is no way to adjust calibration or to test it other than test it against an actual doctor's reading.  I use it  and would say it reads about the same as the type of readings I was getting  in the hospital while on my medication.  I feel safe that if it shows a very high reading I would trust it and call the doctor, but day to day it is in the area of what is normal for me at any given time.

Question 2

Is this the new model or the old? Both have the same model number, but the old version is as pictured. When you actually look at the monitor, out of the box, I read somewhere that the new model is labeled as model BP652N.

The picture of the one in your email is not the same as the one I bought in Dec. 2015.  Mine has the model number BP652 (no N)  on the bottom right hand side of the unit.  I do want to let you know that I needed to buy a different model BP monitor as this model I was told by my doctor does not give accurate readings.  Of course she told me after I bought it.  It worked fine but just does not give good readings.  She wrote me up a script and my insurance covered the new easy wrap upper arm cuff model.  Even if your insurance does not cover it I'm sure you want accurate readings so I suggest you buy the Omron ComFit Cuff upper arm cuff 10 series model.  It's sold on Newegg I just checked and it's even less than what my insurance was billed for the unit by the company they purchased it.

what does E4 mean?

Its an error, like movement etc...I would call the the company's customer service for specific error.  It was not on the list in brochure.

What is the wrist sizes that it will work on?

small wrist and medium wrist, it does have a problem going around large wirst it does not read well

Hi is this the old version of BP652N? 
there are two versions of Omron 7 series.
One is BP652 and the other one is BP652N.
Is this the same as the one in your pic or different?
