The Onkyo TX-SR705B delivers home theater the way it was meant to be! This advanced receiver has both audio and video processors that synergize to create an immersive experience. A plethora of inputs including ones for satellite radio make this the logical center of your entertainment universe.
Its ability to deliver great sound to large rooms earned the receiver THX Select2 certification. Audyssey MultEQ XT measures room acoustics and takes them into account when setting up crossovers, levels and delays for a well balanced sound. Dolby, DTS and Neural THX processors deliver sound the way the producers wanted.
HDMI pass through and video upconverting help to minimize cable clutter by minimizing the amount of cables used. Also, you don't need to switch inputs on your TV. Just plug all the video cables into the receiver and the Faroudja DCDi/EDGE processor will send it all to your TV through the HDMI cable after cleaning up the signal and removing the artifacts that can sometimes occur.
