are these DVDs for Blu-Ray? Or can I use them for regular videos?

These are bluray discs not DVD two different readers these only work in a bluray player or bluray recorder. You would not use these to make a DVD movie. They can be used for whatever else you desire. Bluray movie disc, AVCHD, or just data. You can put video files on them and most Bluray players will play the files after you navigate through the player to the file. I you are just using them for data they are 6-10 times more expensive than a 25GB disc. Hope this helps.

Will i be getting the "exact" spindle in photo?. If so, these are Disc I.D. Ritek DR3-000 and have worked flawlessly for me.
