This projector boasts the best latency for gaming with a 17 millisecond input lag, so as far as gaming goes, I don't think you can do better.  However, on the downside, I do have a couple problems with this projector.  I'm having trouble with getting the entire screen in focus.  It seems no matter how I focus, at least one corner of the screen is too blurry to read text.  I'm still researching on-line but I've run across many comments from other people who purchased this model confirming the same.  Some said they've sent their unit in to Optoma for replacements and saw improvement.  Others said they've done the same and received back units that still had the problem, sometimes replacing it 4 or 5 times..  
The other issue I have is with watching on-line video like youtube, when I toggle to full-screen or back, the screen goes blank and the projector has to re-detect the input signal.  Four days ago, I opened a support ticket open with Optoma asking about this, but they have not responded yet.  I did not have this issue with my previous projector, which was an Optoma HD20.
