Can I use wired and wireless charging at the same time?
Yes. This magsafe portable charger can charge 5 devices simultaneously, including built-in Two USB-C cable, wireless magnetic charging, USB-A output and USB-C output/input. With it, there is no need to bring out extra cables.
Why does charging stop at 80%?
Your iPhone may automatically stop charging at 80% to protect its battery from overheating, as part of iOS 17's thermal management strategy. Charging will resume once the device cools down. Moving it to a cooler spot can help speed up this process.
Why is my phone overheating?
It's normal for both the power bank and phone to heat up during wireless charging due to power loss. For safety, we recommend maintaining the power bank's temperature within 113°F (45?), so you can use it with confidence.
Is any power adapter able to charge the magsafe power bank?
Use an adapter with a U.S. safety certification mark that meets the following specifications:
