Does this have to be used in RAID? Or will it recognize each disk individually? Also Can you have 2 of these connected to one PC?

You can set it up to be single disks, but the disk go offline and never come back when access. I was told by Orico that I had to use their management software to set t up. The software is available for Windows only. The management software will not allow the setup for that mode.
