Is the plastic anti-static?

The surface is not smooth so I would say they are more so than other options, but no, they are not made anti-static. I have had no problems with them even with one sliding on my backseat cloth covered seats. I have also dropped one from 5 feet when I slipped coming down from a high shelf. The case had no damage and drive worked fine.
