- Oris, in partnership with Bracenet, a German social enterprise who is committed to recovering "ghost nets", lost fishing nets which pose a long-term threat to our oceans and marine life then converting it to sustainable bracelets and other accessories. This special edition Aquis features a 43.5 mm multi-piece stainless steel case that holds a bluish green dial made of Bracenet's upcycled fishing nets, under a double-domed sapphire crystal and bordered by a uni-directional rotating coin-edged dive bezel with a minutes scale top ring in relief. The ocean-inspired dial, with each one having a unique marbling, has silver-tone, luminescent hands and applied indices as hour markers. The protected screw-down crown is situated at the 3 o'clock position while a date aperture at the 6 o'clock position adds function and symmetry. It is fitted with a multi-piece stainless steel bracelet on a security folding clasp with extension for a sporty and elegant look. This watch has an exhibition caseback showcasing the Oris 733-1, a Swiss automatic movement beating at 28,800 vibrations per hour generating up to 41 hours of power reserve and is water-resistant up to 300 meters/1000 feet.
