Will this hat fit someone with a really large head?
Yes. Designed specifically for XL and XXL sizes, the adjustable cord allows a secure fit for head sizes up to 66cm. No tightness or pressure.Unless your head is truly extra huge, please don’t try XL/XXL.
Is the hat truly waterproof or just water-resistant?
It’s water-resistant with a laminated crown—great for light rain and surprise showers. However, it’s not intended for prolonged exposure to heavy downpours.
Is the brim stiff enough to block the sun without flopping?
Yes, the 8cm brim is soft but structured, giving you solid sun coverage without flapping in the wind.
Can the neck flap be removed or tucked away?
The flap is built-in for full UV protection. While it’s not removable, you can button it up to convert it into a regular boonie style.
How to wash and dry the waterproof hat ?
We do recommend wash them by hand below 40° in order to prolong the life of your hats. Turn them inside out and spin dry without heat. Turn the products the right way around and hang in a well ventilated area over night. DO NOT TUMBLE DRY!
