Is the heat double sided and what makes KS-20 different?
More than double sided heat, it's 360° surround heat. Thermally conductive silicone is an elastic material with high thermal conductivity, capable of ensuring uniform and rapid heat transfer to all parts of the product, realizes 360° surround heat.
Can this fit in the palms of gloves?
Perfect size, similar in size to disposable ones, it is ultra-thin and ultra lightweight, they're small enough to fit in the palms of gloves. It is 3.8 inches by 1.9 inches, 0.7 inches thick.
How does it feel in the hand?
Beautiful ergonomic design and feel. Its size and shape make it so comfortable to hold. The soft and elastic silicone makes the product exceptionally smooth and silky to the touch.
How long does it stay on for and how are the heating settings?
KS-20 has 3 heat levels: low, medium, and high. Each level provides different warmth intensity and duration:
- Low: 104-112°F for 14*2 hours
- Medium: 112-120°F for 9*2 hours
- High: 120-131°F for 7*2 hours.
How long does it take to fully charge the device and do I need to charge the two hand warmers separately?
It takes 2.6 hours to fully charge. We provide a 2-in-1 USB-C charging cable to charge the KS-20, you do not need two chargers or cables to recharge the hand warmers.
