Designed for full-frame coverage, this telephoto prime excels in portraiture, interviews, and isolating subjects with its narrow angle of view and fast T 2.2 aperture, enabling stunning shallow depth of field and excellent low-light performance. Constructed with premium optics, the lens incorporates extra-low dispersion and high refractive index elements that reduce chromatic aberrations and distortion. Rokinons proprietary X-Coating Technology ensures footage maintains high contrast and vibrant color while controlling flare and ghosting under demanding lighting.

The mechanical design prioritizes professional workflows with a unified 114mm non-rotating front diameter, 200° focus throw, and 40° iris rotation, making it easy to swap between XEEN lenses without reconfiguring matte boxes or follow-focus systems. Dual-calibrated distance and T-stop scales on both sides of the lens allow flexibility in setup, while the internal focusing system minimizes breathing for smooth, cinematic pulls.
