NexStar Computer System

This is a computerized telescope equipped with the on-board NexStar computer system. That system includes a library preloaded with 40,000 objects. Motorized Tripod Mount

The aluminum tripod mount of the 5SE Telescope offers automated movement, working with the scope to align with any object in the onboard computer system. The tripod has a camera control feature so that you can remotely take a series of timed exposures with your DSLR camera. The tripod also features a built-in wedge for help with short-exposure astrophotography.
