The Leica Ultra vid HD-Plus 42 models are available with 7, 8 and 10 magnification and are identified by an engraved 'HD' in red on the strap lugs of the binoculars. The binoculars feature exceptionally high-quality lenses that reduce flare to an absolute minimum. The shock-absorbent armoring protects the binoculars against damage while also providing excellent grip for safe and steady handling

The models of the 42 HD-Plus series are among the most compact binoculars available on the market in their class but their light-gathering power can compete with the larger 50 mm models. Leica Ultravid 42 HD-Plus binoculars have a magnification factor of 10x. The 10x magnification shows fine details even at long distances without burdening you with too much weight. The central hinge axis is machined from high-tensile titanium, while the body is manufactured from ultra-lightweight magnesium, so it make theses binoculars a perfect companion for long trips, hunting or fishing activities.
