PLEASE READ ABOUT OUR BLUE BAND. This is a VERY HEAVY, TENSE band (60-150 lb resistance). Only purchase for pull ups if you have a a bodyweight over 210 lbs (see chart in images). It may have uses for advanced athletes like powerlifters but will generally be too stiff to use for most exercises. If you are unsure, we suggest choosing multiple lighter bands that you can combine or use separately.
Can I use this for pull ups? Absolutely. The Blue band is great Pull/ Chin up Assist if you have a bodyweight between 195-275 lbs. See the chart to the left for more detail.
What can I do with it? Heavy Powerlifting work for Rack Squats and Deadlift. Bench Press Assist, Stability Presses and Inversion lower back work.
