Steel Core + PP Exterior-Each dumbbell rod has a rigid steel inner core wrapped with highquality PP (polypropylene) coating. Reduces pressure on your hands while providing a nonslip, comfortable grip.
35cm (13.78 Inch) Length-Compact bar length ideal for home gyms, apartments, or travel. Short enough to store easily but long enough to hold multiple weight plates on each side. Pair of two bars included.
Secure Spinlock Collar System-Threaded ends with hexagonal PVC plastic nuts and deepened thread design. Tighten the lock collars to keep weight plates firmly in place prevents sliding or loosening during exercise.
