How to Cut this Insole:

1. remove the original insoles from your shoes

2. place the new height increase insoles with the original insoles back to back

3. align the two insoles by lining up the back of the heel

4. use a marker pen to draw a cutting line by tracing along the toe section of the original insoles

5. cut the insoles along the cutting line
