Adds a 5 mm cotton-blend cushion between the tongue and the top of your foot.

Use in sneakers, dress shoes, boots, and other closed-toe shoes with a tongue.
Clean first for a better bond
Wipe and fully dry the tongue. Test placement. Peel the backing. Press under the tongue with the notched end pointing toward the toes.

Tongue pads are designed for footwear with slight looseness around the instep. They are not a substitute for correct sizing when shoes are substantially too large.
