Piodata SecureX 32GB MFi AES-256 Encrypted USB Flash Drive, USB-C & USB-A

Features

1. HARDWARE-BASED AES-256 PROTECTION - Activate whole-drive encryption during setup to protect business files, personal records, photos and more. Unlock SecureX through the iXflash App on iPhone/iPad, the PIODATA App on Android and Apple silicon Macs, or PIODATA software on Windows PCs. Three incorrect attempts trigger a 10-minute lockout that unplugging cannot reset; each later set of three failed attempts doubles the lockout duration
2. FAMILIAR SIGN-IN, PERSONAL UNLOCK - Authenticate with Sign in with Apple or your Google Account instead of creating another password to remember. On supported devices, confirm your identity with Face ID, Touch ID, fingerprint or device passcode; each authorized user also has an individual 4-6 digit PIN for offline access. MFi certified for compatible iPhone and iPad devices
3. OWNER-MANAGED TRUST CIRCLE - Share access with up to 16 total users, including the owner, without sharing the owner's sign-in credentials. Members join in person using an invitation code and authenticate individually with their own Apple or Google Account; the owner can remove a member at any time. An internet connection and the compatible app are required to join
4. DUAL USB-C AND USB-A COMPATIBILITY - USB 3.2 Gen 1 is backward compatible with USB 2.0 and works with USB-C iPhone and iPad models, Android devices, Windows 10/11, and Apple silicon Macs (M1 or later) running macOS 13 or later. ChromeOS, Linux, and smart TVs can use the drive after SecureX is unlocked. iPhone and iPad models with Lightning require a compatible OTG adapter, sold separately, while the extended USB-C connector fits most protective cases
5. AUTOMATIC BACKUP PLUS READ-ONLY MODE - Automatically and incrementally back up new photos, videos and Live Photos without creating duplicate copies. Supported devices also offer contact backup and restore. On iPhone and iPad, the iXflash App can directly access and back up your iCloud Photos library. Any authorized member can switch the entire drive to Read-Only mode to block unwanted writes, edits and deletions, then restore write access when needed

Description:

PIODATA SecureX is a dual-interface encrypted USB flash drive for business files, personal records, team sharing and mobile backup. Activate hardware-controller AES-256 whole-drive protection during setup. Unlock through iXflash on iPhone/iPad, the PIODATA App on Android and Apple silicon Macs, or PIODATA software on Windows PCs. Authenticate with Apple or Google account sign-in, supported biometrics or an individual 4-6 digit PIN. Three incorrect attempts trigger a 10-minute lockout that unplugging cannot reset. Each later set of three failed attempts doubles the lockout.

SecureX keeps file contents local on the drive; no cloud file storage is required. Trust Circle lets the owner create an in-person invitation code and manage up to 16 total users, including the owner. Each member authenticates with their own account and PIN; the owner can remove members at any time. Authorized members can copy files and switch the entire drive between read/write and Read-Only modes.

The USB 3.2 Gen 1 interface is backward compatible with USB 2.0. Dual USB-C and USB-A connectors work with USB-C iPhone and iPad models, Android devices, Windows 10/11 and Apple silicon Macs (M1 or later) running macOS 13 or later. MFi certified for compatible iPhone and iPad devices. ChromeOS, Linux and smart TVs can use the drive once unlocked. Lightning models require a compatible OTG adapter, sold separately.

Automatic incremental backup saves new photos, videos and Live Photos without duplicate copies, with contact backup and restore on supported devices. On iPhone and iPad, the iXflash App can directly access and back up your iCloud Photos library, helping keep local and cloud memories together. The zinc-alloy enclosure and extended USB-C connector fit most protective cases. SecureX ships exFAT and supports FAT32. Sequential performance is approximately 80 MB/s read and 50 MB/s write; actual speed varies by host and environment. Includes a 2-year warranty and US-based English/Spanish support.
