What is your cleaning solution made from?
Our solution is formulated with natural soaps derived from coconut and jojoba oils. This blend ensures an effective clean while gently conditioning your shoe. Compatible for use with leather, nubuck, canvas, vinyl, rubber, and mesh.
Will the cleaning solution change the color or texture of suede?
Suede is a delicate material. We advise testing the solution on a small, less visible area first. In some cases, cleaning may cause slight fading or color transfer.
How do I use the electric shoe brush?
Attach the brush head, dip it into the cleaning solution, turn on the device, and gently clean your shoes. Use back-and-forth or circular motions. Soft Brush: Upper shoe; Medium Brush: Upper shoe, midsoles; Stiff Brush: Midsoles, outsoles.
Which type of shoes are safe to wash in the washing machine?
Shoes made from canvas, cotton, or synthetic fabrics like polyester and nylon are usually safe for machine washing. Check care labels first, and always use a gentle cycle with cold water to protect the materials and maintain the shoe's shape.

Our laundry bag fits two shoes up to size 12. For optimal results, we do not recommend washing more than four pairs at a time.
