Ion iSP159 Uber Boom Ultra Portable Bluetooth Speaker - IP66 - 80W (Black)

The ION iSP159 Uber Boom Ultra is an 80W portable Bluetooth speaker with an IP66 rating, suited to listeners who want powerful wireless music for outdoor gatherings, beach trips, or trail use.

Recommended For

• Beachgoers, campers, and trail users who want a portable speaker for music outdoors and need protection from rain, dust, or sand.
• People bringing music to basketball courts, parks, or skateboarding meetups who want a battery-powered boombox with lights and bass boost.
• Hosts of casual small gatherings or karaoke who want to connect a microphone, play music from Bluetooth or stored media, and move the speaker between locations.
• Listeners who want a portable speaker for a work area or day out, with up to 12 hours of stated battery life under the manufacturer’s test conditions.

Real-World Use Scenarios

• At the beach, on a trail, or during a campsite hangout, play music from a phone without worrying about ordinary dust, sand, or rain exposure; keep the speaker out of the water, since IP66 does not mean it is submersible.
• For a backyard get-together or other small gathering, set the speaker nearby and stream music over Bluetooth; it provides a portable shared listening option, though it may not be enough for someone seeking sound for a large event.
• For casual karaoke at home or outdoors, connect a microphone to the speaker and play backing music; the dedicated mic input lets the speaker handle both music and vocals.
• When you want to play stored music without streaming from a phone, use a USB drive or microSD card; this can be convenient at a campsite or gathering where phone playback is not preferred.
• For music in a larger shared area, pair a second Uber Boom Ultra using Stereo-Link; the added speaker can spread playback across more of the space than one speaker alone.
