Multi-Purpose Hollow Candle Instructions: 1. Place towels around the pillow, Lie on your side and ensure you are comfortable and relaxed. Massage the area around your ear to loosen up the ear canal. (Recommended to have an additional person for assistance throughout the process) 2. Prepare by placing a filter through the candle near the edge of the candle. (The filter will help catch the ashes so that it won't drop on the face) 3. Place the small end of the candle into the ear (do not force it into the ear) and light at the top of the candle. 4. Allow the candles to burn down to about 3 inches from the end as marked in grey on the candle. Extinguish flame in water. 5. Once treatment is complete, we recommend staying on your side for 15 minutes or so before standing up. Be sure to use hydrogen peroxide to clean any leftover wax that could be in the ear for around 5 minutes. Enjoy!
