Yes, connect the lead wires to the pads and unit, place the pads on your skin, then turn the dial to power on and adjust the intensity. Choose a therapy mode and treatment time, then begin. A quick guide is under the panel cover.
How do I get the best results?
Place the pads on clean, dry skin around the sore muscle, a few inches apart. Increase the intensity until it feels strong but comfortable. If needed, turn the unit off and reposition the pads slightly for better relief.
Are the pads reusable, and how do I care for them?
Yes. The self-adhesive pads are reusable for multiple sessions. Apply them to clean, dry skin and store them on the plastic backing between uses to keep them fresh and sticky. Replace the pads when they no longer adhere well.
What kind of battery does it use?
A single 9V battery powers the unit, and one is included so you can get started right away. For regular use, replace it with a standard alkaline or rechargeable 9V battery. Battery changes take just seconds.
