How to Use
1. Fill – Add 300 mL of lukewarm water (95–102°F / 35–38°C).
( Use distilled water or previously boiled water that has been cooled to a safe temperature. )
2. Mix – Add 1 saline packet. Close the cap and shake until fully dissolved.
3. Rinse – Lean forward over a sink with your mouth slightly open. Place the nozzle at one nostril and squeeze gently for a steady flow.
4. Repeat – Switch sides. Gently blow your nose and rinse all parts of the bottle after use.

• Lukewarm water usually feels more comfortable.
• Start with gentle pressure and increase slowly as needed.
