Can I use Skype in this tablet?

I believe you can, but something you should know. This is an excellent starter tablet, that's why I bought it for my brother birthday.  He's not a computer person, and learning on this tablet seems to be easy. 
I didn't have enough time to really get to know it, but I did install "Skype" so that when he figures it out, we can video chat.  Something tells me in my memory that it didn't have a front camera, but it may certainly have it, I just don't remember.

Hi , I have purchased this product but didnt got chance till now to use it. Now when i try to use it its not connecting to wifi. please suggest me what i am suppose to do now?

Go to settings, under WIRELESS & NETWORKS oon the left of the screen make sure Wi-Fi is set to ON, click on SCAN (upper right corner), when your wi-fi router appears, click on your router's ID and enter the type of security your router uses (e.g. WPA2 PSK) and then enter the router's password/passphrase.  Click on Connect and it should work.  If this doesn't work then there may be a hardware problem.  If you're not familiar with Android I suggest a book like Android for Dummies (no offense, I read it myself since I am new to the Android myself).

Is the power adapter charger included with this?

yes, it has a charger and a USB wire that connects to a computer and the other end (USB 2.0) connects to the Tablet. You will need to buy a USB on-the-go (OTG) cable which is required to connect to USB Flash Drives. 
You can also buy a microSDHC memory card to boost memory.
It has an HDMI jack (mini Type C) if you want to connect to a TV.
