Black Range Hood 30 inch: The hood body is stainless steel coated with black paint, not black stainless steel. It contains 2 silver stainless steel, dishwasher-safe baffle filters that efficiently reduce grease from entering the interior.

Under Cabinet Range Hood: The height from base to top is approximately 6", engineered for installation under kitchen cabinets, providing a space-efficient solution. The width from side to side is about 30", featuring universal hood vents. The depth from front to back is 19.7. Please note the back is somewhat thicker than the front, resulting in a slight downward angle after installation; this is a design characteristic, not a flaw.
Ducted/Non-ducted Options: Can be set up as a ducted range hood by adding an aluminum exhaust pipe (not included). Can be adapted to a ductless range hood by installing a carbon filter, part #CF-0475 (not included). Due to the motor design, a lever on the bottom needs to be adjusted. with 3 air vents: a round 6" at the top, and a rectangle 10x3 1/4" at the top and back respectively. Please note, once an air vent and its corresponding stainless-steel plate are taken out, they cannot be reinstalled. Carefully choose the suitable air vent before installation.
Configuration: Includes a 3-speed exhaust fan with 700 CFM airflow to meet typical daily cooking requirements. Push-button control for simple operation, even during cooking. Comes with 2 LED lights at the front to offer additional illumination for the cooking area
