Can I wear shoes on the Karma Fitness mat?
Your mat is built to last, but a little care goes a long way. Barefoot training is ideal, though smooth-soled sneakers work well too. Avoid shoes with deep tread or cleats to prevent unnecessary wear.
Is the mat suitable for weight training as well as Pilates & yoga?
Yes — our mat is engineered for all workouts. The 10mm thickness cushions your joints, while the dense TPE material resists compression from weights, making it perfect for strength training, yoga, Pilates, HIIT, and more.
Will the mat slip on hard floors?
No — the diamond-textured surface grips in all directions, keeping your mat firmly in place on wood, tile, or concrete, even during high-intensity workouts.
Can I use the mat on the reverse side?
Yes, absolutely the reverse side is plain black and has the same diamond texture which provides a great non-slip base. You can work out on either the front or back of your mat - switch it up as you wish!
Is the mat easy to clean?
Yes — the closed-cell TPE surface is sweat-proof and non-absorbent. Simply wipe down with a damp cloth or mild soap solution to keep it fresh and odor-free.
