ICEHAR Language Translator

This product comes with a dedicated app, which can be downloaded using the instructions provided in the user manual. It supports both Android and iOS systems.
That said, we recommend using an iPhone for the best performance. This device uses Ultra-Wideband (UWB) technology for highly accurate location tracking, and relies on nearby Apple network devices within about 30 meters to function properly.
Regarding product startup: There is a layer of plastic insulating sheet between the product and the battery. When you receive the product and open the package, you can see this insulating sheet. Once you remove it and hear a "di" sound, the product is already in the startup state and can be connected to it normally with a mobile phone. Just as shown in the main image video.
!! Important:
Most usage issues reported recently were caused by a lack of nearby Apple network coverage. If you're in an area without Apple devices, the tracker may not work as expected. Please make sure to read the product description carefully before placing your order. If you encounter any issues, assistance is always available through the official support channel.
The device includes a CR2032 coin battery that is already installed. No need to open or replace it when you receive the product. It has a long lifespan and can last up to one year under normal usage. When replacement is needed, simply open the back cover to change the battery.
