The steering gear box is constructed from high-quality steel for excellent resilience and extended operation. It contains internal gears and a tie rod end that attaches to the passenger's side spindle. Golf carts may experience loose steering due to loose tie rods or worn steering components such as brushes and spindles. It is advisable to inspect the tie rods, rack, and gear. If the bushing on the arm is worn, it should be replaced
