Ran across my old ZTech smartwatch and charger, bought on the Today Show website. Could not find instructions. After much searching on the web, discovered that the app FlagFit 2.0 found at app store does work, and seems familiar. You have to have your phone recognizing the watch. Create account on app first.  That can be tricky because once you type email it asks for the Catcha code, by expecting you to hit the GET IT button, and starts a timer ticking down.  You are supposed to figure out that it is sending the code to your email, and you have 1 min. to enter it.  Then discovered you cannot finish the login until you click on the tiny bubble at the very bottom of the screen on the left agreeing to privacy policy.  The bubble, however, is very near the phone's controls that take you off that screen. A little trial and error, and a small finger gets you finally into the app, and the date and time will automatically adjust to current info.  Changing temp from Celsius to Fahrenheit is on home page of app on top left corner. Make sure to give the app on your phone Location permission first. Click on temp shown and weather page opens.  On that page you can toggle to change to Fahrenheit on top right corner of the page.  This watch is not user friendly and likely not accurate on the biometrics compared to newer models of today.  I purchased it in 2019 or 2020 at a low price.  You get what you pay for.

I agree, it does not give accurate blood pressure readings and sometimes doesn't count all of the steps for the day.  Not reliable.

How do you get your calls and messages?  Holding down the screen button on the bottom of the face doesn't work for me!

For iPhone - Go to Settings,  Notifications select Messages then under Options, Show Previews select Always.
