If the boom mic is unplugged, what will happen?
Another microphone is placed on the in-line control, which will work when the boom mic is unplugged.
Can I mute the microphone?
lf you want to mute the microphones, please press and hold the central button on the inline control.
Can I use this USB-C earbuds with an iPhone 15 / Pro / Pro Max? Why I can't see the microphone choice in the iPhone?
Sure, it's completely compatible with your new iPhone 15 and other recent smartphones with a USB-C port. Smartphones do NOT allow users to select any microphone individually.
Why can't I use the inline control to switch to the next or previous track on a Windows PC?
The track switch function will be activated on smartphones but will not work on PCs. For other functions, it works on both PCs and smartphones
What should l do if people cannot hear me on PC?
lf people cannot hear you well through the microphone, please check if the USB Audio is selected as input devices, and then check the microphone volume in SYSTEM SETTINGS. You can read the User Guide or ask us for help.
