How do I control noise cancelling?
1. To switch Active Noise Cancellation Mode, triple-tap the right earbud button.
2. Five?sizes of eartips are included for a secure fit. Crafted?from soft silicone, they provide passive noise blocking with total comfort.
How long does the battery work?
Donner Dobuds ONE can provide up to 8 hours of listening time (ANC or Transparency mode Turn Off).
The charging case can provide 3 additional charges for a total of 32 hours (ANC or Transparency mode Turn Off) and a total of 24 hours with ANC on.
How do I activate Siri or other voice assistants?
Simply triple-tap the left earbud touch button on an iOS or Android device to launch Siri or the built-in voice assistant. You can customize the button settings in the Donner Control App
How do I improve the comfort, stability and sound quality of my Donner Dobuds ONE?
To find the right ear tips, and adjust the eartip until it feels secure.If you are still not satisfied with the sound quality, you can modify the EQ equalization or select a different music genre in the Donner Control application.
How do I turn ON or OFF game mode?
With the Donner Control App, game mode can be turned ON to provide a lower latency experience. You can also use the Donner Control App to modify the touch button function and use the earbud touch feature to activate and deactivate the game mode.
