Q: Are they adjustable?
A: No, they’re NOT. They’re medium size, 10.63 inch - from Left earlobe to Right earlobe. NOT fit with super big head or small one.
Q: Can I wear glasses at the same time?
A: Yes, recommend to put on glasses first and then the headphones.
Q: Can I use them in business conference or online teaching?
A: No. It can only make normal calls in the places where are not too noisy. NOT for commercial use.
Q: Can I use a fast charging adapter (9V/12V, 2A) and cable to charge this bone conduction headphones?
A: No, please don't do that, otherwise the headphones will be damaged. Keep 5V/1A output voltage to charge. It takes only 2-2.5 hours to get a full charge.

Q: Can the bone conducting headphones pair with TWO BT devices at the same time?
A: Yes, it can. But to avoid cut in and out, please make sure both the two devices are within 10m(33ft) distance with the headphone.
Q: What’s level should I set the volume?
A: 50-80%. Please avoid long-time listening at 90-100% volume. Otherwise, headache might occur due to strong vibration.
Q: Is the buttons easy to adjust the volume?
A: Not really. To change volume, triple taps should be made quickly in 1 second. Some people find it OK, while some may find it hard to do. If it does not register all the taps, it’s recommended to adjust volume by the buttons on the phone.
Q: Can I recline on the couch when I use this bone conductive headphones?
A: No, it's better not to do that as they will pop off when leaning your head back.
Q: My headphones changed to another language. How can it switch back to English?
A: Under power-on state, in pairing mode(haven’t connected to any device yet), double click + or - button to change back to English.
