What music files formats does it support?
Recording files: MP3, WAV.
Music files: MP3, WMA, WAV, APE, FLAC.
E-book files: TXT
Note: Please make sure the Music/Recording/E-book files are in the formats listed above. If the format is incorrect, it will cause the MP3 player to freeze.
If the MP3 player freezes ,how to solve?
Please use a SIM ejector pin to press the reset button, then press and hold the power button for 10 seconds.
Note: Please do not disconnect the player suddenly during uploading, or downloading, as this may cause program errors and then freeze.
How do I transfer files?
1. Please connect the MP3 player to your computer via USB.
2. Please copy the downloaded music files into the "Music " folder.
Note: If there is no "Music " folder, you can just create a new one named "Music" folder.
3. Please turn off and restart.
