What should I do if my media player won't turn on, freezes, or stutters?
Won’t turn on: Charge for 30 mins, then hold the power button for 10–15s.
Frozen: Hold power 10–15s; if not, press the reset hole; or do a factory reset.
Lag/buttons not working: Restart or hold power 10–15s.

Sound quality depends on your Bluetooth headset/speaker device and the music file. Low-quality or highly compressed files sound worse. Use high-bitrate or lossless music (FLAC, WAV, 320kbps MP3). This player supports MP3, WMA, WAV, FLAC, AAC, and M4A

Disconnect your Bluetooth headset/speaker from other devices or turn off their Bluetooth.
Restart the headset/speaker and set it to pairing mode.

How do I insert or remove a TF card from this MP3 player?
Insert:
1. With the gold contacts facing upwards, gently push the TF card into the slot until you hear a click.
Remove:
2. Turn off the device.
3. Gently press the TF card, then release—it will eject.
Computer cannot recognize the device?
1.Use the original USB cable; many others only charge and can’t transfer data
2.Plug the cable into the computer first, then the player. Select “Transfer” if it appears
3.Keep the device still
4.If no disk shows, reconnect or try another USB cable
