Can the built-in phone holder slot fit a tablet?
NO, this slot is exclusively designed for mobile phones only. The display angle varies with/without a phone case on your device—you can remove or keep the case as needed for your ideal viewing angle.
How is the battery life of this keyboard and mouse combo? What kind of batteries does it use?
This wireless keyboard and mouse set is designed for long-lasting battery performance.
The mouse is powered by 1 AA battery, while the keyboard requires 1 AAA batteries ( ALL Batteries are Not Included in the Package )
Why is there no 2.4G USB adapter in the package? How does the 2.4G wireless connection work?
1. The 2.4G USB is stored inside the mouse battery compartment. Open the mouse bottom cover to take it out
2. Our keyboard and mouse combo uses a stable 2.4G wireless connection with one single USB receiver that connects both devices at the same time
Are the keyboard keys quiet? Will it disturb others when typing?
This keyboard is designed with ultra-quiet typing keys. The soft, low-noise keystrokes effectively reduce distracting typing sounds, making it ideal for use at home, in the office, or late at night without disturbing people around you.
My numeric keypad number keys won’t work.
Press the Num Lock key on the keypad. The number keys will function once the Num Lock light turns on. Replace keyboard batteries if it still fails
