A2: The K0 Max is hot-swappable, so no soldering is required. It ships with Keychron Milk POM low-profile mechanical switches in Red, Brown, and Banana, with silent Red and silent Banana on select colorways. The sockets accept low-profile mechanical switches only, so standard full-height MX switches will not fit.

A3: The browser-based Keychron Launcher handles customization with no software download. All 27 keys can be remapped, macros recorded, and a function assigned to the rotary knob. Every change saves directly to the numpad.
