Can the cuffs be resized? I was worried that water would run down my cuffs and onto my clothes.
Yes. There are buttons for the sleeves too making these very adjustable to the size of body wearing it.
I bought similar raincoats but they were of poor quality and thin. How about this one?
This one is extra thick. By comparing the weight, we can see that a rain gear of the same size is 260g for us and 135g for others. Obviously, our raincoat is nearly TWICE as THICK as others.
I know it's cheap, but is it wind resistant and can you wear it many times?
Yes. Reusable, I hang them to dry for next use.
