is the power supply 110 - 240 volt ?

The power supply is 110v but I suspect if it were being sold outside the US it would have a transformer for the appropriate voltage.

It connects to the USB port. I attached mine to the Thunder Bolt 2 dock, then connected the Thunder Bolt 2 dock to my Macbook Pro with the Thunder Bolt cable, this gives me ample USB and HDMI connections for my monitors and HDs.

Can nine standard size USB flash drives be inserted in the top of this device at the same time. That is, is there enough room between ports for adjacently placed flash drives? Does this device require AC power if all one is doing is data transfer to/from USB flash drives. Any help is appreciated.

Yes. The ports are about 3/4" apart and can easily handle even larger sized USB drives.

If a lager capacity power supply is configured with it can it support more/higher current drawing devices?

The current configuration of the Orico is designed to handle 5V 2.1 Amps. If you were to reconfigure a larger capacity power supply for 5V 2.1Amps only the original settings will work, you would have to reconfigure the internal wiring inside the Orico to support higher/more current drawing devices. We ask why, well the more that one device draws the less will be received by another device. You are only supplying a certain amount of volts and Amps to all devices, the end result is that it is distributed to all devices equally and results in a slower charge time for devices that consume more power. If this was an open circuit then the lager device may not charge depending on the amount of other devices installed on the Orico.

I know there is only the single high-speed charger but will the other ports charge if the device is only powered via the wall outlet? I'm not planning on plugging this into a computer, I just need to charge 8-10 devices.

There is only one port on there that is rated to charge high powered devices. The rest only provide the standard USB power.
