FIBER TO ETHERNET CONVERTER: Open SFP+ port converts a 10 Gbps fiber signal to RJ45 Ethernet, or vice versa. Extend up to 80 km (50 miles), or a minimum 300 meters. Supports SFP and SFP+ transceivers, including DDM, and both singlemode and multimode.
PLUG-AND-PLAY: Ethernet extension requires two units, one unit to convert to fiber and another to convert back to usable Ethernet operation. Simply connect the included power supply and plug in user-supplied cables and a SFP+ or SFP module.
