Bi-directional IR & PoC -- Bi-directional IR function allows you to control the HDMI source from display/receiver side or vice versa, providing added flexibility. Additionally, the bi-directional PoC (Power over Cable) function enables you to power the HDMI extender kit from either your source end or the receiving end, depending on the convenience of power outlet placement.
EDID & RS-232 Function -- With KAIVMAN HDMI extender, you have the flexibility to choose your desired resolution by adjusting the EDID dip switch. There are 3 modes available: TX/HDR/RX. In TX mode, the resolution follows the display connected to the loop-out port. HDR mode allows for a 4K@60Hz output resolution. In RX mode, the resolution follows the display connected to the receiver.
